Q. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

A. Weekly educational opportunities to fine-tune my craft are scheduled into my calendar. A writer never stops writing! 

Q. Why did you start doing this type of work?

A. I've personally experienced authority positioning. The results of being featured in the news has led to many opportunities I might never have realized without it, and I wanted to bring this value to my clients.

Q. What is your favorite aspect of working with clients?

A. Show and tell. Visually transforming their online and offline presence provides the "wow factor," but to explain the thought process that goes into a project lays the foundation of an ongoing relationship.

Q. Describe a recent project you are proud of. 

A. I completed a web redesign project for a local business that was described as "creating a magnet" for their target market. It's always great to hear positive feedback from the client's prospects!

Q. What advice would you give a prospective client looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A. The best advice I can give a prospective client considering hiring an online/offline service provider is to look for proof that the person you will be working with is an educator and an advocate for your success vs. someone who will not be personally involved (by outsourcing the work) in your projects. I do not outsource any service PRO-FOUND provides.
