About Stephanie Miller

I fell in love with business and entrepreneurship in grade school. Back then, I gave art lessons to the kids in our neighborhood. It combined my love of art with teaching. I still have the first award from a middle school ad design contest sponsored by the local newspaper. The client was a community bank. Seeing my work in print sparked an eternal flame.


After my first campaign for a party goods store filled the parking lot with customers, I became a "marketing junkie." From that point on, I focused on the PRO-FOUND Process: creating a buzz, making the phone ring and attracting customers. I added custom web design to promote property for sale through popular demand after several successful sales...and I'm not even a real estate agent!


My interviews with business owners and celebrities are syndicated nationally. As Executive Producer of PROFOUND Programs, I oversee the creation and execution of niche-specific video shows that spotlight innovative local business owners, industry experts and market leaders. I've been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, media affiliates of ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX and many more. 


When I'm not working with clients, I can be found kayaking, tending the vegetable and woodland gardens or creating chaos in the kitchen.



Q. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

A. Weekly educational opportunities to fine-tune what I do are scheduled into my calendar for the entire year. What I learn gets passed down to my clients! 

Q. Why did you start doing this type of work?

A. I've personally experienced authority positioning. The results of being featured in the news has led to many opportunities I might never have realized without it, and I wanted to bring this value to my clients. I started offering website design after having incredible success with promoting personal property for sale. After offering it to friends who experienced the same results, they started referring me to all their friends. This led to designing websites for local businesses, built with the knowledge I've learned over the years of creating a bullseye for a target audience. It also allows me to create something visual every day. Some people need coffee; I need to create something every day.  

Q. What is your favorite aspect of working with clients?

A. Show and tell. Visually transforming their online and offline presence provides the "wow factor," but to explain the thought process that goes into a project lays the foundation of an ongoing relationship.

Q. Describe a project you are proud of. 

A. I completed a web redesign project for a local business that one of their customers described as "creating a magnet" for prospects in their target market. It's always great to hear positive feedback from the client and even more impressive when they pass along a great comment from their prospects!

Q. What advice would you give a prospective client looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A. The best advice I can give a prospective client considering hiring an online/offline service provider is to look for proof that the person you will be working with is an educator and an advocate for your success vs. someone who will not be personally involved (by outsourcing the work) in your projects. I do not outsource any service PRO-FOUND provides. Control freak? No. I just don't like the idea that someone else doing work I'm trusted to do will put their heart and soul into projects the way I do.
